School Manners Seminar:
Learning proper manners will last your child/student a lifetime. Manners are the foundation to basic civility today and when practiced and valued, can reduce the effects of peer pressure and bullying, especially in our school systems. Our mission is to offer fun and educational seminars to support young children and young adults in gaining knowledge, skill and confidence. All classes are taught by Betty Rabe, M. Ed. a trained and certified Emily Post Institute instructor and focus on the fundamental principles of respect, consideration and honesty.
Classroom Seminars (1 class or no more than 30 students)
Grades: 3-up
Length: 45 minutes
Cost: $40 per session
Location: your school
Topics: 3 Fundamental principles; Classroom Manners; Overall School Manners: Hallway, Cafeteria and To and From Manners; Table Manners; Getting Along with Others or Your Specific Topic
Book Reading and Manners Lesson (1 class or no more than 30)
Grades: K-up
Length: 25-30 Minutes
Cost: $25 per session
Topics: Magic Words; Out and About; Everyday Manners
Teacher and Parent Club Seminar (no limit of participants)
Length: 45 minutes + time for questions
Cost: $75 per session
Topics: Etiquette Today; Manners are the Tools for Life
Girl Scout and Boy Scout Troop Seminars
Book Reading and Manners Lesson
For: Daisy and Brownie Troops
Length: 45 minutes (including snack) Cost: $8 per girl
Includes: cookie and lemonade and certificate
Topics covered: Everyday Manners or Emily's New Friend
3 Fundamental Principles
For: Girl Scout and Boy Scout Troops
Grades: 4-8 only
Length- 45-50 minutes, Cost: $8 per child
Includes: certificate and bookmark
Topic Covered: 3 Fundamental Principles: Respect, Consideration and Honesty
Table Manners ( must take "Fundamental Principles" seminar first)

Best for grades: 4 and up only
